In spring of 2019, our Chef went to Japan to learn the secrets of local innovative cuisine.
Dmitriy was offered internship in the popular restaurant INUA, which has already gained recognition in the restaurant business:
• Bronze in Tabelog Award 2019
• 3 toque in Gault & Millau 2019 (Japan)
• Arrival of the Year Winner in the World Restaurant Awards
The restaurant is open only for dinners and guests can’t get there without booking.
The INUA ideology is based on the use of unique, Japanese ingredients that the INUA team personally gathers for their guests.
For many centuries, Japan has been a leader in the use of high-quality unique ingredients, so Dmitriy had the opportunity to adopt the best of its traditions. The Chef posted about some of them in his instagram blog @dimakrivoshap.
Today, Dmitriy shares the knowledge acquired with his Ikigai team, creating new amazing tastes and flavors.
